Q. How fast can I get business cards printed?

A. Typically business cards take 72 hours from proof to print. Standard black ink business cards take 48 hours from time of approval.

Q. What file type do you need for the best quality printing?

A. EPS files offer the highest quality output from digital to print. We do accept a wide variety of file types contact us for more information.

Q. Can we fax you a logo?

A. No. Unfortunatley faxes do not transmit with the quality neccesary for professional printing.

Q. Do I have to come down and look at my proof?

A. No we can fax you a proof. Your authorization will then be required to proceed with your printing.

Q. What is camera-ready art?

A. Camera-ready art is a sharp clean black and white copy, or a properly formatted digital file.Jobs that are not camera-ready require special attention.

Q. Is the work done on premises?

A. 95% of our printing requests are printed in-house at our 7,000 square foot production facility. We prefer this method to provide the highest quality possible to ensure your satisfaction.
